  21. You can install the MS VC++ 4.1 without first having MS VC++ 4.0 on your system
  22. but you must then supply the CD Key for your MS VC++ 4.0 system.  If you just
  23. recently subscribed to MS VC++, you should have received a CD for 4.0 as well
  24. as a CD for 4.1.  The CD for 4.0 has the CD key, the 4.1 CD does not have a
  25. CD key imprinted on it.
